Beautiful 2bd, 2 and a half- bath town home with 1125of living area. This area is convenient to shopping and the interstate. It has a Full bath in each bedroom and a half bath downstairs. This place has the normal kitchen appliances, and a W/D... connection. Wood burning fireplace in living area. Cathedral ceiling in master, and walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Outdoor patio with French doors overlooking a concrete patio and small yard with privacy fence. You pay the utilities. But windows are double sided and the electric company is Demco which still has lower rates than Entergy, so the electric bills are lower than comparable units. This area did not flood. I have certain tenant qualifications, so I'd recommend calling me first before you drive over there, but the address is 3325 O'Neal Lane, #D. Some of the tenant qualifications are: Income requirement of $3,000 per month (W/ no dependents)., and a 1yr lease. Certain pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit. Rent is $915mo, the Security Deposit is $800.
