This property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a beautiful neighborhood within the Garden District. The property also has a single bedroom apartment behind the home. The main home houses three tenants while the attached apartment (already rented)... houses one tenant. This listing is for one bedroom in the main house.
Home is located walking distance from LSU Tiger Trails bus stop, Garden District Coffee, a snowball stand, City Park and Dog Park, Baton Rouge Art Gallery, and the LSU Lakes. It is close to Trader Joes, Lulu Lemon, Sephora, and a local pharmacy. Location is ideal for LSU undergraduate or Graduate students, as it is a 7-10 minute drive from campus. The location is also great for active people who love to walk, run, or bike around the LSU lakes!
Including myself, there are currently 3 tenants who have already renewed their lease for this upcoming year, 2 of which occupying the main home and the 3rd in the back apartment. This specific listing is for a single bedroom in the main house that shares a bathroom with another tenant. Preferred tenant would be a 18-26 year old female.
Excluding bedrooms, this home is fully furnished with a charming interior. Home includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioning. An exterminator and grass cutting service is included every month by landlord. Wi-fi is paid separately to me each month and usually costs between $20-30.
I also have a senior pet cat. She is very friendly. While we love animals, I am not looking to take in another animal at this time.
The current tenants are three female LSU undergraduates. We prioritize a clean and tidy home and mutual respect for each other and our belongings. It is important that the home is well-kept, and neighbors are respected. Again, a preferred tenant would be a 18-26 year old female.
