This is a 1b1.5b loft, newly remodeled.It's only 1.5 miles from LSU with tiger trails and a 1-2 minute walk. I just signed a lease this year, but did not move in because I found my cat to be very sensitive to unfamiliar surroundings. We just moved... out to a makeshift house before moving into our new house. But her stress is already showing in her body. I am concerned about this situation and am considering that it would be best for her to live in a similar place long term. I visited this community and it is cozy and close to campus, near Rouse Market and Neighbourhood Walmart as well It is also a gated community and not open to everyone.
