Interior is upgraded and luxury finishes. Would be a 5 star review but poor drainage in parking lot. Very major problems as many neighbor’s cars have been flooded. Have to hope you hear the rain in the middle of the night and run outside through knee deep water; hoping you can find a spot to park on the limited grass bank. Hope this can be fixed as car flooding is expensive. Other wise great property, amenities, and staff. Pet friendly!

DON’T MOVE HERE! I’m a current renter here, since 2019. Can’t wait to move out! It was fine at first until loud renters moved into my building. Called courtesy cop and the police and nothing was done. Courtesy office stopped answering my calls and stopped returning calls. Another renter throws cigarettes (and Black & Milds) out of there door, some cigarettes butts can be found on the stairs. The rent goes up at the renewal of your lease ($50 - $100). The parking lot floods when it rains. The... flooding caused a rental car to be totaled by my insurance. The gate is always open or broken, which was one of main factors of deciding to choose this place. They started making tenants pay half of the water bill. They say they’re under new management but just now telling me that their’s an “amenity” fee of $50 to cover pest control, maintenance, etc. There are lot of empty apartments, I’ve seen a lot of them move out. They are upgrading hence the construction. They are making it look good to fool the unsuspecting potential tenants. I already know that they will respond this review saying it’s unfortunate that I had a experience, etc or something to that effect. But I warn you to not move here!

Thanks for sharing your concerns. While we appreciate all feedback, our team is disappointed to hear that you are not planning on continuing your stay with us. We can assure you that our team is doing everything we can to provide beautiful homes in a... stellar community, however, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. You’ll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for additional charges such as Common Area Maintenance fees to slightly increase the overall monthly cost of renting a home. While we understand that added fees can be frustrating, this charge goes towards the maintenance of our community and its overall quality for all to enjoy. That being said, we'd love nothing more than to improve your impression of our community and leasing team, and we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can better address your concerns. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback, Currin. We understand your frustrations, unfortunately, this matter is completely out of our control. This is a City of Baton Rouge issue, which would need to be addressed by the Public Works Department of the city.
