Great room close to campus

Hi there! I have a small bedroom available in my apartment. I live in a walk-up two-bedroom, one bath, large apartment. The apartment has a full kitchen, a large living room, a shared bathroom, and a lovely patio. The property features video... surveillance and keyless entry on both stairwells. The apartment is modern with a washer and dryer. There are lots of windows/light.

The apartment is only available to LSU students/staff. I prefer someone who is a commuter student looking for a room during the week or an out-of-state student who only wants housing during the semester. No long-term roommates.

You must be able to pass a background check at your expense, be fully vetted, and sign an addendum to the lease to house you during your time.

I'm a quiet person. I rarely cook at home, and I keep to myself. I am looking for someone who is also quiet, clean, and respectful. There's a cat who is well cared for on the premises. Everything of hers is automatic. I also have a vacuum that runs daily.
