Arlington Cottages & Townhomes Private Room (Female Only)

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Arlington Cottages and Townhomes for the 2025–2026 year. It’s a private bedroom and bathroom on the second floor in a 4x4 fully furnished townhome with three other girls who are clean and keep to... themselves. Base rent is $719 a month. The unit includes an in-home washer and dryer, and pets are allowed, although none currently live in the unit. Since it’s a corner unit, there’s extra space downstairs, including a separate dining area that most units don’t have.

Arlington has a lot of great amenities, including a resort-style pool, gym, CrossFit and spin rooms, yoga studio, coffee bar, tanning beds, pet park, clubhouse, game room, study lounges, and more. There’s also a shuttle to LSU, high speed WiFi, and secure access. The location is really convenient—less than two miles from LSU and close to a ton of food spots, grocery stores, and other essentials.
